Cleaning a carburetor

When cleaning a carburetor, you should use an ultrasonic cleaner. Today, we have many ultrasonic washers out at customers who clean both motorcycle carburetors and regular carburetors in different sizes. Why ultrasonic is optimal when cleaning a carburetor is because there are so many cavities. This means that if you use a spray cleaner or similar, the water will not reach everywhere. If you use an ultrasonic cleaner when cleaning a carburetor and use a cleaning liquid that is adjusted to remove the contaminant, you will reach optimal results.  

Cleaning silk baskets

For a very long time, people have washed silk baskets at paper mills with high-pressure cleaners where you as a user are exposed to risk. Not too long ago, we tried washing silk baskets in our ultrasonic cleaners with our cleaning liquid and found a solution to the “problem” that paper mills have today. , Now paper mills save time and eliminate the risk in the process of cleaning the silk baskets. The advantage of our ultrasonic cleaners is that they are built according to the customer’s wishes. A silk basket has very very small holes where mass gets stuck and this proves how good an ultrasonic cleaner is at accessing just about anywhere the liquid reaches.

Cleaning a filter (different alloys)

There are many different types of filters that we clean in our cleaners. Just like with silk baskets, filters are effective to clean with an ultrasonic cleaner. Two examples of filters that we have cleaned with our ultrasonic cleaner are electrostatic filters and oil filters in different sizes. When we clean these, we use a cleaning liquid that is effective against soot, oil and grease and make sure that we can install inhibitors in the cleaning liquid to protect the specific alloy in which the filter is made, for example aluminum.
