Choose washing liquid from Vico
Choosing the right washing liquid when cleaning is often decisive for a good result. There are a variety of cleaning liquids on the market and Vico can help you find an environmentally friendly and effective liquid.
If you already have a cleaning liquid that works, for example, in a manual process, the possibility is great that you can also use the product in an industrial washing machine. However, it is important that the agent is not flammable or can otherwise damage the tank.

A milder universal washing liquid that works in everything from workshops to the food industry. The product is also not harmful to, for example, aluminum or painted surfaces.

Flush wash |
A corrosion-protective washing liquid for the metal industry. The liquid is low-foaming and works just as well in a flush wash as in an ultrasonic wash.

Detergents
To choose the right detergent when cleaning, is often crucial for a good result. There is a large variety of cleaning detergents on the market, and Vico can help you find an environmentally friendly and efficient solution.
If you already have a detergent that works for example in a manual process, the detergent will probably work in a ultrasonic cleaner as well. It can however be important that the detergent is not flammable or harmable to the tank

The detergent should be mixed with water, with a concentration of 5-10% and it should be used until the cleaning is starting to lose effect. The cleaning temperature should be approximately 40°C |
| UA-25 | UA-25 is a detergent that solves a variety of solutions, such as:
The detergent should be mixed with water, with a concentration of 5-10% and it should be used until the cleaning is starting to lose effect. UA-25 is superior when solving e.g. soot. |
| UA-140 | UA-140 is an environmentally friendly detergent that is used as an industrial paint remover. Specially produced to penetrate and solve paint layers.
The detergent should be used in concentrated form and it should be used until the cleaning is starting to lose effect.
The cleaning temperature should be approximately 60°C |
