Perfect cleaning of paint sprayers without compromise
The D-800 combines two universal sprayer washes for both solvent and water-based cleaners in one space-saving unit with ergonomic front access and enables simultaneous automatic and manual cleaning on both sides.
It impresses with its advanced automatic cleaning functions, including 12 cleaning nozzles per cleaning chamber and automatic rinsing. In addition, it has a bright cleaning chamber and a powerful B-TEC ventilation system with a deep degassing channel that effectively sucks up solvent vapors from the bottom of the chamber.
Equipped with B-TEC’s airflow system, the air channel of the spray gun is perfectly protected during automatic cleaning, preventing contamination behind the air nozzle. The air nozzle does not need to be removed, which reduces the risk of mechanical damage to both paint and spray guns, and saves time.
The manual cleaning areas offer plenty of space and are equipped with a pump-driven, pressure-adjustable brush, a separate nozzle for rinsing and a central drying gun.
