Choosing the right washing liquid when cleaning is often decisive for a good result. There are a variety of cleaning liquids on the market and Vico can help you find an environmentally friendly and effective liquid.
If you already have a cleaning liquid that works, for example, in a manual process, the possibility is great that you can also use the product in an industrial washing machine. However, it is important that the agent is not flammable or can otherwise damage the tank.

CBV Universe 100
A stronger degreaser for ultrasonic cleaners.
Effective against resins and oil.
After washing, the goods should be rinsed with water
Area of use: Construction machines, Machine parts/tools made of stainless material.
Recommended dosage: 2-5%
Packaging: 5L, 10L, 200L, 1000L
AL 120S
Degreaser for flush and ultrasonic cleaners (Alloys)
Alkaline degreaser with extra protection for aluminium, copper and brass.
When used in the rinse cycle, the use of Foam suppressor 155 is recommended
After washing, the goods should be rinsed with water.
Area of use: parts and tools with more sensitive alloys.
Recommended dosage: 3-6%

SYS 3
Concrete and limescale remover for immersion and ultrasonic cleaners
Acidic cleaning agent for removing concrete and lime residues
After washing, the goods should be rinsed with water
Area of use: Propellers for boats, Silk baskets for paper mills, Heat exchangers (SYS 3Ti)
Recommended dosage: 5-100%

Universal low-foaming degreaser.
After washing, the goods should be rinsed with water.
Area of use: Works very well against grease, oil, soot and other impurities.

Effective general cleaner for ultrasonic cleaning
Universal degreaser for ultrasonic cleaning.
After washing, the goods should be rinsed with water.

Highly effective alkaline all-round degreaser
After washing, the goods should be rinsed with water.
Area of use: Effective cleaning in the plastics industry. Used i.a. for cleaning plastic residues in different types of filters. Also effective in other applications with ultrasonic cleaning
