Tunnel Washer
The parts are placed at the Chamber feed and are brought through the machine to the output point using the conveyor belt.
In the meantime, the parts are cleaned by flushing under pressure for several washing steps, rinsing or corrosion protection.
After the cleaning processes, the parts are dried with pressurized hot air and unloaded at the discharge point.
If desired, the machine can be integrated into production processes, and robotic loading and unloading is also available as an option. The machine is fully automatic and all parameters can be set smoothly. Through specially designed spray nozzles, adapted to the geometric shape of the parts, the desired level of cleaning is achieved.
