Automatic multi-stage cleaner

The process begins with the parts to be washed being placed in the first step. An automatic lifting mechanism then lowers the parts into the washing tank, where they undergo an intensive cleaning
with agitation and ultrasound. When cleaning is complete, the parts are automatically moved on to the rinsing step, and then to the drying step, completely without manual handling.

Thanks to its high capacity and reliability, the system is particularly suitable for industries with high production volumes. As an option, a loading and unloading center can be integrated, enabling operators to easily drop off multiple batches at the same time and let the washing line automatically manage the entire process from start to finish.
