UD-800 is the optimal spray gun wash when using solution-based or water-based paints.
With its space-saving design, ergonomic front access and the possibility of simultaneous automatic and manual cleaning, the UD-800 impresses on all fronts. The 12 cleaning nozzles, including automatic rinsing, not only ensure perfect results without even minimal consumption of washing liquid.
The bright washing chamber and the powerful B-TEC ventilation system, with a deep degassing channel to effectively remove solvent vapors from the bottom of the chamber, provide maximum ease of use.
Like all B-TEC spray gun washers, the UD-800 is equipped with B-TECs
airflow system, which protects the paint sprayer air channel during automatic cleaning and prevents contamination behind the air nozzle. The air nozzle does not need to be removed, which reduces the risk of mechanical damage to the paint sprayer, while saving time.
The manual cleaning area offers plenty of space and is equipped with a pump-driven, pressure-adjustable brush, a separate nozzle for rinsing and a drying gun.
