The materials poured into the inlet part of the spiralized drum are guided towards the outlet by means of spirals inside the drum. The drum rotates on its own axis according to the set rotation speed and sequentially (depending on the model) wash (degrease), rinse, passivate and dry the parts. Because these processes are continuous and sequential, all steps are completed quickly and efficiently in a single unit. Complete penetration is achieved in each section by pressurized spraying and immersion effects.<\/p>\n

Because Vico’s industrial washers work in a closed cycle, new water and cleaning agents are not used for each wash. In case of repeated washing with the same tank, all the dirt remains in the washing tank. This function protects both the environment and the workers. With high efficiency and performance, it saves energy, water and manpower.<\/p>\n

The unit operates continuously according to the parameters set on the control panel before use.<\/p>\n

Parts coming out of production can be loaded into the machine in three different ways:
\n1. With vibrating loading hopper,
\n2. With roller conveyor,
\n3. By connecting to the customer’s existing system.<\/p>\n
